For ease of managing this little rascal, I’m currently offering four levels of opting in or out of Yakko’s nonsense.
No deal: complete opt-out of Yakko and his shenanigans entirely, no questions asked and no hard feelings!
A little bit: Yakko does not possess any knowledge of your character beyond what can be learned or gleaned aboard the ship. No references made to castmates or your broader canon, just goofs from what’s there.
A moderate amount of swine: Yakko possesses diegetic knowledge of your character within the context of their canon. May make jokes and references to things your character has done, castmates, the premise of your canon, etc. This is as wild as he gets without fourth-walling.
Whole hog: Yakko not only knows about you, but knows details about the making of your canon and wider cultural takes on it, ie opinions on the writing in later seasons, for example. Outright fourth-walling in jokes and bits.

History: Boop. In addition, Yakko was also present for the last time around on the boat. It’s safe to assume he accomplished very little aside from befriending and antagonizing people and being murdered in increasingly spectacular ways.
Powers/Abilities: Yakko is a toon’s toon. What this means is that he can conjure items out of hammerspace for gags and bits, defy physics, and basically do anything he needs to do to make the joke land. He is capable of being harmed and killed, but only if it’s funny.
Inventory: Well he’s got some old baloney in his pants…
Job History: Entertainer: memorizing lines, coming up with jokes and gags on the fly, keeping the kids happy
Babysitter for his siblings: memorizing birthdays, coming up with ways to defuse fights between them, keeping the kids happy
Suppressions: You take a look at this lad and ask if he’s repressed anything in his life. He’s like a supercharged id.
Greatest Fear: Being the punchline, not being able to think of a way out of a situation, not being with his siblings.
Greatest Desire: To be reunited with Wakko and Dot, to be off this ship.
Greatest Regret: Never being able to throw a pie at the Captain’s face.
